• Offer is subject to availability.
• The package is based on two adults sharing a standard double or twin room, for a two night stay.
• This package is only valid at the London hotels, except Millennium & Copthorne Hotels At Chelsea Football Club.
• Please contact the hotel directly for specific details of the type of breakfast supplied with this rate.
• Dinner excludes beverages and is selected from an à la Carte or set menu at the discretion of the hotel. Guests staying at the Millennium Hotel London Mayfair must dine between 17:30 and 19:30. The charge for the dinner is included within the cost of the reservation, up to the value of £22 per person, and no refund or equivalent will be given if the meal is not consumed or if the full value of the allocation is not reached.
• Any items ordered in addition to the allocation provided, will be charged at the guests expense.
• Amendments can be made to your booking, free of charge, on, or prior to, 2pm on date of arrival. Any changes to a booking will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal more than your original reservation.
• Cancellations must be made by 2pm local hotel time on day of arrival, to avoid a one night charge being applied.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
• Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any time, without notice.
• Rate is non commissionable.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Millennium & Copthorne Hotel's liability for:(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels shall not be responsible for any losses including losses that result from customer’s failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of income or revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data, even if such losses result from Millennium & Copthorne Hotels’ deliberate personal repudiatory breach of these Terms..
