Please note The Queens, Leeds and The Midland, Manchester are bed and breakfast rates only. The rate is subject to availability and applies only on Sunday nights throughout 2012. Offer expires on 31st December 2012. The rate is strictly non transferable and non refundable and full prepayment is required at time of booking. Full amount of the booking will be charged in the event of a cancellation. The dinner allocation is £26.00 per guest to spend on a three-course evening meal. Any amount above the allowance will be incurred as a charge. Up to 2 children aged 12 and under can stay free when sharing with two adults where suitable sized bedrooms allow. Children occupying their own room are charged 50% off the adult room rate. Children under 5 eat free from the children's menu. Meals for children between 5 and 12 are charged for as taken.
