Terms & Conditions
a. Offer applies to new breakdown members only for the first year of membership with payment on an annual continuous basis.
b. The offer is only valid for online purchases of breakdown cover through the official RAC website.
c. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other cashback or voucher offer being run by RAC or any of its affiliate partners.
d. Offer only applies to Personal Cover.
e. Minimum purchase applies. Minimum cover level of Roadside & Recovery.
f. To redeem your eGift Card you must enter a valid email address when you purchase.
g. In the unlikely event that the M&S eGift Card become unavailable, a suitable substitute of equal or greater value will be supplied. Cash alternatives are not available.
h. Once your policy has been in force for 35 days, and provided you have not exercised your statutory right to cancel the policy you will qualify for your £20 M&S eGift Card. We will aim to email you the eGift Card within 60 days after this time providing your policy remains in force and there has not been a payment failure.
i. RAC reserves the right to cancel any policies or eGift Card if we discover or suspect the terms of the offer are being abused.
j. RAC reserves the right to alter, extend or withdraw this offer at any time.
