Terms & Conditions

• Offer only available to new customers who purchase and incept a live policy before 30th September 2013.
• Customers who purchase a standard annual bike insurance policy and complete the payment process through www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk will receive a unique eVoucher when the standard policy goes on cover.
• The eVoucher will be sent to the email address from which the standard policy was purchased.
• The eVoucher will be the full value of the proposer’s classic bike premium calculated as a result of generating a classic bike quote through www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk and will entitle the proposer to a free classic bike insurance policy.
• Customers can redeem their eVoucher by clicking on the promotional link in the email received. The link will take them into their client account where they can redeem their voucher via ebikeinsurance.co.uk and will subtract the value of their final premium.
• The eVoucher can only be used by the proposer who purchased the original standard policy and can be redeemed only once.
• To qualify for the free classic policy then the proposer’s bike must be over 20 years old, UK registered and garaged overnight. The proposer must be the owner and registered keeper aged between 25 and 69 years of age (inclusive) and must have held a full valid motorcycle license for 2 years (International licenses are unacceptable). There is no limit to the number of free voucher links any individual can receive providing the customer purchases a standard annual policy for every one.
• Voucher link will be valid for 12 months after the inception date of the qualifying standard annual policy (last date for redemption of any voucher link will be midnight on 30th September 2013).
• Any mid-term policy adjustment made to the classic policy during the term of cover that incurs additional costs will need to be met by the policy holder. Any mid-term policy adjustment to the classic policy resulting in a refund to the policy holder will not be paid by ebikeinsurance.co.uk
• In certain cases, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to withhold voucher links until proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed. If satisfactory proof is not produced on request they reserve the right to disqualify.
• The decision of ebikeinsurance.co.uk on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• They cannot promise that the site and other services relating to the promotion will be free from errors or omissions, or that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operational condition throughout the promotion period. Services and/or entry into the promotion may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair or for causes reasonably beyond our control.
• Persons thought to be acting fraudulently or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any of our systems will be ineligible for the offer. The decision of ebikeinsurance.co.uk as to the validity of submissions shall be final.
• The promoter is eBike, a trading style of E Insurance Services Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
