1) Offer applies to new customers in their first year only, per insured pet.
2) Homebase gift cards will be dispatched within 14 weeks after the start date of the policy and after 3 monthly payments have been collected for customers paying by Direct Debit.
3) For customers paying in full, no gift cards will be sent if the policy is cancelled within 12 weeks.
4) No cash alternative.
5) Gift cards redeemable in-store only.
6) Gift cards will not be re-issued if lost in the post.
7) Gift cards will be distributed to the policy holder’s address.
8) Home Retail Group Financial Services (HIS) reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
