• This promotion is reserved for 32Red's real-money players only.
• 32Red may, at their sole discretion, make any necessary loyalty adjustments at any time and without entering into correspondence with the end users.
• The minimum amount that can be converted is 100 Redbacks, e.g. $1. Players using a different currency will receive their currency equivalent.
• Players deemed to have been involved in chip-dumping or collusion at the tables may lose their loyalty points and any loyalty rewards as a result. Further penalties may be incurred.
• Redbacks earned prior to the launch of the 30% Rakeback Bonus on 1st March 2011 cannot be exchanged for cash. These Redbacks can only be used for tournament buy-ins.
• Any unused Redbacks (loyalty points) will expire after 90 days of inactivity in the poker room. For clarification, activity is based on a player participating in a real money Cash or Tournament game.

Terms & Conditions

1. New Ladbrokes customers: Simply register today & enter the correct promo code, then place a bet of £10 or more on any sport & they’ll not only match your stake with a Free Bet up to £10 but they’ll also credit you with a further 2 x £10 Free Bet tokens, the first 7 days after your initial free bet is credited and the second a further 7 days later.
2. Offer not available through telephone betting or in Ladbrokes retail shops.
3. Each Free Bet token must be used within 7 days of award, otherwise it will expire.
4. You must be aged 18 years or over to bet and participate in this promotion.
5. Correct promo code must be entered else free bet will not be applied.
6. In order to qualify for each Free Bet the initiating bet must be placed on odds of 1/2 or over.
7. Your 2nd and 3rd Free Bet token will be credited to your account by midnight on the day in which it is due
8. Qualifying bet must be £10 or more placed on any sport. Only the win parts of each-way bets qualify.
9. The Initial Free Bet will be credited on settlement of the qualifying bet and must be redeemed online or on mobile or tablet.
10. Free Bets are non-refundable. The Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.

If the terms of the offer are breached or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, enhanced payments, Free Bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Ladbrokes reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus.
26. In addition Ladbrokes reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, Free Bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. They further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for them to be satisfied in their absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to them crediting any free bet or offer to their account.
